Conference Venue

The Snake and Animal Park conference venue is close enough from Pretoria but far enough to instil that “out of the office nature experience”. The feeling we like to offer is relaxing with a touch of wild along your business conference.

We have a lovely park that is situated next to Hartbeespoort Dam. The conference venue is located inside the park, a lovely air-conditioned venue with all the audio and visual equipment necessary (Projector, sound system).

We can accommodate a min of 10 people and a max 50 people in our wild conference venue. Our packages vary from only 1 hour conferences to the whole day conference. We offer refreshments as well as any food requirements. As an extra option we also do themed conferences.

After the conference you can have a relaxing walk through the park and even book a boat ride with Harties Water Sport Centre. They have a lovely cruiser boat that can finish your conference with an hour or more cruise on the water to end an outdoor working day. (All vessels and skippers are SAMSA registered)

Animal Talks

Something extra during your conference that can give you knowledge you never had about the wild. We offer a variety of small animal talks, reptile talks and snake awareness lectures that can be presented during or after the conference. Giving your conference a touch one has never experienced.

History Talks

The first in Hartbeespoort Dam. A lecture given about the history and people of Hartbeespoort Dam. How the dam was built and the people who made Hartbeespoort Dam such a special place to consider as a piece of history never to be forgotten. Willie Meyer the Author of Magaliesberg Kaleidoscope will present the history of this great piece of land during your conference.
